Products usually ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Many our styles and fabric selection car seats are made to order and ship directly from our manufacturer in Greenville, SC. Items with monogramming are made especially for you and require longer shipping times - please add at least an additional week when placing these types of orders. We ship via UPS, FedEx Ground and DHL. Always provide us with a physical house or business address. How long until I receive my order?
Ground transit time once your order ships is usually an additional 2-5 business days - longest time to the west coast. You do not have to be home to accept delivery, so be sure to ship to the location that is most convenient for you! See average Shipping times here!

Do you ship outside the continental US?
NO, we only ship within the continental United States. Additionally,  free shipping is NOT available to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe or elsewhere outside of the United States. We also can not ship to PO or APO boxes.

Do you have a printed Catalog?
Sorry, but no.  We do not offer a printed catalog for several reasons. Our items are updated frequently and prices may change due to special sales. Also, we promote a "green" environment and catalogs are considered by many as being environmentally unfriendly, since they contribute landfills and destroy millions of trees.
